Lisetska I. Features of clinical course and treatment of catarrhal gingivitis in adolescents with chronic gastroduodenitis

This thesis is devoted to studying the features of clinical course of catarrhal gingivitis in adolescents with chronic gastroduodenal. 236 people have been surveyed, among them 173 adolescents were joined to the groups of the survey. It is established that the prevalence of catarrhal gingivitis in adolescents with gastroduodenal pathology was 70.49 %, whereas by the absence of somatic pathology it was diagnosed in 50,0 % of patients. Clinical monitoring and analysis of laboratory and microbiological parameters in adolescents with catarrhal gingivitis show the effectiveness of the proposed treatment-and-prophylactic complex composed of "Stomatit", "Tintagel" and "Yogurt". The results were better and more stable, especially in the late periods, than through conventional treatment.
