Thesis is devoted to the complex study of administrative and legal regulation in the field of industrial products safety in Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of normative, doctrinal and scientific sources the content and peculiarities of the sphere of safety of industrial products of Ukraine as an object of administrative and legal regulation is revealed. The concept of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of safety of industrial products of Ukraine is formulated, and the main stages of its formation and development are studied. The system of principles of administrative and legal regulation in the field of industrial products safety is formed.
