Essay

The thesis contains the results of studies of phase equilibria in the quasi-triple systems Cu2S(Se) – Ga2S(Se)3 – In2S(Se)3, AgCl(I) – Ga2S3 – La2S3. Built 2 isothermal sections of Cu2S(Se) – Ga2S(Se)3 – In2S(Se)3 systems at 820 K in full concentration range, 2 isothermal sections of AgCl(I) – Ga2S3 – La2S3 systems at 720 K, 12 polythermal sections Cu2S(Se) – Ga2S(Se)3 – In2S(Se)3, 2 projections of liquid surfaces of systems on the concentration triangle. The lengths of solid solutions based on binary and ternary compounds were determined, the region of existence of the CuGaxIn5-xS8, 1.4≤x≤2.05 phase (820 K). The coordinates of non-invariant points and the characters of mono- and non-invariant processes occurring in the systems under study are determined. The crystal structure for AgGa2S3Cl, CuGa1,6In3,4S8 was first investigated by powder method. The nature of solid solutions based on CuBIII3Se5 is analyzed by powder method. The single crystals of (Ga70La30)2S300, (Ga69,75La29,75Er0,5)2S300, (Ga69,5La29,5Er)2S300, CuGa1,9In3,1S8 crystals were obtained for the first time, their photoluminescent properties and optical absorption spectra were investigated. The glasses of AgCl(I) – Ga2S3 – La2S3 systems with Er2S3 addition were first obtained and their photoluminescent properties were investigated.
