Bespalova A. Information and analytical provision of state order in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles, methodological provisions and practical recommendations for information and analytical provision of the mechanism of regulation of relations in the field of state order and directions for its improvement in order to improve the use of financial resources of the country directed to social needs. The theoretical and methodological principles of statistical provision of state order in the system of regulation of the economy of Ukraine are considered, the conceptual apparatus in this sphere is specified. The state of statistical provision of processes for the implementation of public procurement order and public procurement is evaluated, tendencies in the implementation of public procurement order and public procurement are analyzed. The directions of improvement of the mechanism of regulation of relations in the sphere of the state order, in particular, in relation to its information and analytical support were worked out and proposals were made to improve the methodological provisions on monitoring the formation and execution of the state order and the functioning of public procurements in the "Prozorro" system. The methodical provisions concerning the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the state order, the implementation of public procurement, and proposals for improving the monitoring of the state order, and the implementation of public procurement have been updated.
