The object of the study is the processes of state regulation of monetary evaluation of agricultural land. The purpose of the dissertation is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for improving the models of state regulation of monetary evaluation of agricultural land. The scientific novelty is the development of theoretical, methodological and practical approaches to the improvement of models of state regulation of monetary evaluation of agricultural lands.
