Thesis presents formulation of theoretical statements and practical recommendations of the tactics of simultaneous interrogation of two or more previously interrogated persons. Author examines the current status of relevant research; formulates definition, content, tasks of this tactics; outlines criminal procedural regulation of this investigative (search) activity; reveals international experience and presents proposals to be incorporated in domestic practice. Basics of tactics of simultaneous interrogation of two or more previously interrogated persons are described with due attention to its stages (preparatory, operational, final). Methods to improve the abovementioned tactics are offered with typical investigative scenarios and solutions; methodology of suspects’ resistance oppression is provided.
