In the dissertation, a comprehensive study of the legal, theoretical and organizational-tactical foundations of the investigation of criminal offenses related to the activities of the conversion centers, taking into account the normative provisions of the existing criminal procedural legislation, the theory of criminalistics and the needs of practice. The state of scientific research on the problems of investigating criminal offenses connected with the activities of conversion centers is reflected. The structure of the criminalistics haracteristics of criminal offenses connected with the activities of the conversion centers has been revealed and proven. The circumstances to be proved during pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses of this category are determined. Typical investigative situations and versions of the initial stage of investigation of criminal offenses connected with the activities of conversion centers are covered.
