Essay

The object of study is the process of regulating the professional development of workers in Ukraine in the face of innovative changes. The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of the theoretical bases and development of scientific and practical recommendations of the improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of professional development of employees in Ukraine under the conditions of innovative changes. – Manuscript Copyright. The theoretical aspects of the interpretation of the essence of the concept of "professional development of employees" are investigated and the key aspects of transformation of approaches to the organization of professional development of employees under the conditions of innovative changes are determined. The essence of modern models and the mechanism of state regulation of the professional development of employees is considered, taking into account the foreign experience, vertical and horizontal transformation of knowledge under the combination of static and dynamic models. The comparative analysis of the professional development of employees in Ukraine and the world was carried out. The integral evaluation of the results of professional development of employees at the regional level was carried out. The strategic directions of professional development of employees during the forming of an innovative model of economy are substantiated. The ways of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of professional development of employees i, its legislative-normative, organizational-economic, financial-investment, informational, social-psychological, socio-cultural and technological and communicative blocks have been developed. The monitoring of effectiveness of the mechanism for regulating the professional development of employees in Ukraine by the components of the forming of knowledge and their realization in the practical activities was conducted. The results of the dissertation research have been accepted for implementation by the Department for Economic Development, Trade and Investment of the City Council of Kropyvnytskyi, the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Kirovograd Regional State Administration, the Free Trade Union of Education and Science of Ukraine, Joint Stock Company «State joint-stock company «Highways of Ukraine», Central Ukrainian National Technical University.
