In the dissertation the complex research of theoretical, organizational and tactical principles of investigation of juvenile involvement in prostitution took place, theoretical positions and practical recommendations for investigating this category of crimes were developed. The following tasks were solved: the current state of scientific research of the investigation of juvenile involvement in prostitution was highlighted; the most common methods for preparing, committing and concealing juvenile involvement in prostitution and forcing them to engage in prostitution are identified; The content of the trace pattern of juvenile involvement in prostitution is clarified; characterizes the identity of the offender and the identity of the minor victim involved in prostitution; features of revealing the facts of juvenile involvement in prostitution; outlines the circumstances surrounding the investigation into the involvement of minors in prostitution; typical case studies are drawn out at the initial and subsequent stages of the investigation, and the main directions of the investigation are identified; the tactical features of conducting interrogation of a minor victim engaged in prostitution are revealed; Organizational and tactical peculiarities of conducting secret investigative (search) actions are specified; possibilities of appointment of forensic examinations during investigation of juvenile involvement in prostitution were considered.
