The tendencies of development of agricultural enterprises are estimated, features of personnel management in agricultural enterprises are considered, specific the impact of the personnel management system on the results of their business activities are determined. Directions of improvement of personnel management in agricultural enterprises have been grounded on the basis of functional and organizational improvement of work of management and production personnel and mastering of strategic approach in the framework of elaboration of enterprise development strategies (anti-crisis, stabilization, offensive) with their respective personnel management scenarios, with the tools of evaluation.
