The thesis is one of the first attempts, with the entry into force of the new edition of the Law of Ukraine «On the Prevention of Corruption», comprehensively, using modern methods of knowledge, to determine the content of the administrative and legal framework for the activities of specially authorized subjects to prevent corruption, their place and peculiarities in the system of other government institutions for the prevention of corruption, and to develop the author’s vision of ways to improve them.
