Bogatu S. Clinical and laboratory substantiation of treatment of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in patients against the background of anti-helicobacter therapy

The dissertation substantiates the complex of measures for the treatment and prevention of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in patients against the background of helicobacter-associated pathology of the gastrointestinal tract (chronic gastritis and gastroduodenitis) undergoing the course of anti-helicobacter therapy, which includes, in addition to standard recommendations, the addition of mucosoadhesive polyfunctional phytogels "Kvertulin" and "Lekvin", which have a pronounced mucosoprotective, angioprotective, antioxidant, periodontoprotective, anti-dysbiotic effect, which allows to reduce the activity of the inflammatory process in periodontal tissues, to increase the antioxidant and non-specific antimicrobial protection, leads to normalization of oral microbiota, moreover, the mucosal phytogel "Lekvin" is more effective both in the near and long terms of observation, which allows to achieve stabilization of the process in periodontal tissues, to prolong the remission period and to reduce recurrence, as well as to improve the treatment tolerance of the main disease and increase the patients’ adherence to treatment.
