Yavorska M. Impact of Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions on the Reform of National Economy

The theoretical substantiation and significance of science for the economic development of the country has been analyzed, methodological principles of institutionalization of scientific activity are determined; effective models of scientific field’s functioning in economies of foreign countries were studied. A formalized model to evaluate the scientific and scientific-technical activities has been developed; analytical research of the scientific potential of the national economy has been carried out; the criterion analysis of the national science and research results was made. The organizational and legal substantiation of reforms in the sphere of national economy was made; ways to ensure the development of higher education science as the national innovative subsystem have been developed; a model of investment support for the science development and results assessment has been compiled.
