The content of the concept of customs policy and principles of its implementation are specified in the dissertation. Modern aspects of the formation of customs policy in Ukraine are considered. The role of information technologies in the transformation of the functioning of customs authorities in Ukraine is established. The influence of global relations on the formation of national customs policy is investigated. The effectiveness of the implementation of customs policy of Ukraine is considered. A model of customs policy in the context of national economy development has been developed. The amount of customs payments as a tool for the implementation of the customs policy of the state has been made. The priority directions of development of the customs potential of the country are determined. The directions of innovation and investment development of the country within the framework of customs policy are proposed
