Volik M. State stimulation of realization of investment potential of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of tendencies and contradictions of realization of investment potential of Ukraine in order to provide methodological and practical recommendations on its stimulation. The author analyzes the theory of investment, the intensity of investment processes in Ukraine, the structure and dynamics of investment income sources and directions of their placement. The level of investment potential of the national economy and its components has been evaluated. In order to increase investment potential, it is reasonable to use a program-targeted method of stimulating investment potential, which allows to concentrate resources for implementation of programs to stimulate investment potential, strengthen state control over the program competition process, reduce manifestations of big business interests lobbying. The set of practical recommendations for improvement of the system of state stimulation of investment potential realization is offered, which should be oriented on diversification of sources of investment, increase of investment capacity of national economy.
