The dissertation is devoted to solution of the actual scientific and applied problem, which consists in improving of the information security of teenagers against destructive information and psychological actions in information and communication space. The stages of creating a model of threats to IP personal security are outlined, taking into account the informational confrontation and democratization of society in the context of ensuring the network-centric security of the teenager in the information space. This allowed us to substantiate the current and significant threats to IP personal security and determine the requirements for creating methods for their localization. Information model of TIR analysis based on formation of semantic differential is constructed, and developed a method of highlighting significant linguistic bipolar features based on the presentation of phonetic assessments of sound letters in the material unbalanced positional space. A method of identification of the hidden information and psychological influence of the structural component of textual information resources on the subconscious of the individual based on the formation of a vector semantic differential has been developed.
