Thesis deals with research of legal regulation of the Ukrainian local budgets’ execution on revenues. Nature of the category “budget” is explored, and meaning of the definition “local budget” is determined. The categories “budget system” and “budget arrangement” are compared, structure of the budget system of Ukraine is presented, place of the Ukrainian local budgets is found out, and the features of different types of local budgets of Ukraine are indicated.
