Essay

The peculiarities of financial and legal regulation of the activities of extra-budgetary state trust funds are established in the work. The legal nature of extra-budgetary state trust funds in Ukraine is determined and their classification is carried out. The legal nature of public funds is determined with taking into account the content of the public interest, which is to meet the social needs of the person, that determine the essence of the social state. It is proved that publicity is a permanent feature of the set of exactly those economic relations that are finances.
