The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and practical solution of the actual scientific and practical problem of internal medicine - optimization of diagnostics and increase of treatment efficiency of bronchial asthma associated with obesity on the basis of new scientific data of clinical and pathogenic features of the indicated comorbidity by means of differential treatment with hypolipidemic drug of combined action (depending on the rs9939609 polymorphism of the FTO gene) and L-arginine (depending on the rs324011 polymorphism of the STAT6 protein gene).
