Shekera S. Management of investment activity of food industry enterprises in the conditions of economic instability

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the management mechanisms of the investment activity of food industry enterprises in the conditions of economic instability in the world and in Ukraine, the effectiveness of the implementation of the investment activity of food industry enterprises in Ukraine is analyzed, a mechanism for managing the investment activity of food industry enterprises in the conditions of economic instability is developed. In order to evaluate and select investment projects as the main element of the mechanism for managing investment activities of enterprises and to increase the investment attractiveness of enterprises, a number of methodologies were studied based on the definition of generally accepted key performance indicators of the project as NPV, IRR, WACC, PI, ARR, PP, V (coefficient variations - risk). Each indicator is important for the investor and has its own weight, however, when choosing the best investment project, different investors prefer the same indicators, giving them different weight, which makes the choice subjective.
