Savytskyi Y. Administrative and Legal Status Commercial Courts of Appeal in Ukraine

The dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific task of determining administrative and legal status commercial courts of appeal in Ukraine. As a result of the analysis are formulated the scientific positions and conclusions suggested personally by the applicant. Revealed scientific understanding of commercial courts of appeal as an element of administrative-legal (judicial power and organizational) legal relations. Also revealed categorical apparatus and content of elements administrative-legal status commercial courts of appeal in Ukraine. The objective characteristics of the analyzed concept are described, including the status judge of courts of appeal as a special element. The subjective characteristics of such administrative and legal status are described separately, and the role of civil servants and other employees of the court apparatus in the activity of an economic specialty appellate institution. The scientific generalization foreign experience of administrative and legal status judicial bodies of appellate institute, examining economic and similar cases, was carried out, and were formed directions of optimization and improvement legislation in the sphere of administrative and legal status commercial courts of appeal in Ukraine.
