Kimak H. Clinical-immunological and biochemical alterations of periodontal tissue in patients with generalized periodontitis of young age and their complex correction

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the course of chronic (CGP) and exacerbated (ECGP)generalized periodontitis of initial-I degree of development in somatically healthy young people aged 18-25 years (130 people) and to develop a method of improvement of the effectiveness of its treatment. The dependence between the reduction of the level of stress resistance and the changes in the condition of periodontal tissues, immunological and biochemical parameters in the oral fluid of patients with CGP and especially with ECGP. The regulation of the revealed imbalance of the studied indices was achieved by application of the offered method of the complex treatment, which contributed to the long-term stabilization of CGP and ECGP, that allows to recommend it for the use in practical dentistry.
