Chopyk O. Economic development of business entities on suburban area

Object of study: processes of economic development of suburban business entities. Objective: to improve theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations for the economic development of suburban entrepreneurship. Methods: system-structural analysis, monographic, comparative, statistical-mathematical, multicriteria analysis, SWOT-analysis. Novelty: a methodological approach to the definition of risk indicators of investment activity of business entities has been developed for the first time, based on the calculation of the maximum value for two indicators: gross regional product for one person and capital investment in environmental protection and the minimum value for the following three indicators: short-term loans; unemployment rate and crime rate; methodological approach to the calculation of suburban area boundaries, interpretation of the category "suburban economic development" as a process of systematic increase in the standard of living of the population, theoretical foundations of the economic development of suburban entrepreneurship have been improved. Scope: in the activity: Department of Economic Policy of Lviv Regional State Administration, Association of Employers of Lviv region, TOPOS PLUS LLC, Pidberiztsi Village Council of UTC, in the teaching process of the National Forestry University of Ukraine in teaching the subjects "Economics and finance of enterprises", "Financial mechanism of foreign economic activity", "Foreign economic activity of the enterprise".
