Dovzych Y. Legal principles of the activities detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.

The thesis contains a comprehensive research of the feature of the activities of the NABU detective in criminal proceedings. Considering the current statutory regulation and law enforcement practice, it is determined that NABU is a separate state law enforcement agency with competence for prevention, detection, termination, investigation and disclosure of corruption offenses related to its jurisdiction, as well as prevention of committing new ones. The peculiarities of determining the NABU's jurisdiction, exercise of authority of the NABU detective during pre-trial investigation are considered. The problems of legal regulation and enforcement in this field have been investigated, proposals have been formulated aimed at overcoming them and improving the current legislation regarding the legal regulation of the status of NABU detectives and their activities.
