The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of a scientific problem, which is to find out the features of chronic hepatitis B and C course in pregnant women, HIV-infected and non-HIV-infected, as well as mixed hepatitis B + C in HIV-infected women, their impact on pregnancy, its consequences, which allowed to improve the algorithm for course monitoring of chronic hepatitis B and C during pregnancy, to develop a method for predicting the risk of intrauterine infection of the fetus.The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of a scientific problem, which is to find out the features of chronic hepatitis B and C course in pregnant women, HIV-infected and non-HIV-infected, as well as mixed hepatitis B + C in HIV-infected women, their impact on pregnancy, its consequences, which allowed to improve the algorithm for course monitoring of chronic hepatitis B and C during pregnancy, to develop a method for predicting the risk of intrauterine infection of the fetus.
