The thesis presents a new solution to a topical scientific problem, namely, early diagnostics of deterioration of the functional state of kidneys and correction of metabolic changes in infants with vesicoureteral reflux and undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia by determining the function of renal proximal tubule, structural changes in the kidney tissue, connective tissue metabolites, and molecular and genetic markers of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.
