The dissertation is devoted to the increase of the effectiveness of personified treatment of children with repeated episodes of acute obstructive bronchitis and prevention of its progression by establishing and predicting the propensity to develop this pathology in children on the basis of molecular genetics and biochemical markers and therapeutic measures developed on this basis.
