Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the early diagnosis, treatment and prevention of reduced functional myocardial reserve in children against the background of a recurrent pathology of the respiratory tract and the autonomic nervous system dysfunction by developing and scientifically substantiating a differentiated diagnosis based on the study of risk factors leading to the formation of cardiovascular pathology. The functioning of the autonomic nervous system is assessed, factors that affect the level of increased school anxiety are identified. The functional reserve of the myocardium was studied. The significance of changes in the level of substance P, final stable nitric oxide metabolites, and vasoactive intestinal peptide was established. It is proved that the proposed treatment and prophylactic program made it possible to improve the functional reserve of the myocardium, reduce the imbalance of the autonomic nervous system, and normalize serum concentrations of neuropeptides.
