In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and solution of the actual scientific problem concerning of human granulocytic anaplasmosis are presented, in particular, its natural foci in Lviv and Volyn regions are established, the pathogen circulation in the rodent – tick – human system is studied, the clinical manifestations of the disease and its combination with Lyme disease have been studied, the criteria for establishing a suspicious, probable and confirmed diagnosis of human granulocytic anaplasmosis have been developed, the algorithm of clinical and laboratory diagnostics and the differential diagnosis of natural-focal transmissible tick-borne infections have been proposed.
