Essay

The main emphasis in the paper is on finding optimal solutions to the legal protection of commercial secrets against current threats such as commercial, economic, industrial espionage, unfair competition and so on. In the thesis much attention is paid to determination of legal measures to secure commercial secrets in Ukraine and to provide legal assessment of the level of legal protection of a commercial secret. The powers of the subjects entrusted with the function of protecting commercial secrets are studied based on the degree of participation in the mechanism of commercial secret protection.
