Kalguhkin U. Administrative and Legal Guaranteeing of Territorial Defense of Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific problems, which consists in determining the essence, content and peculiarities of administrative and legal provision of territorial defense, as well as directions for its improvement. The author has determined the essence and ha clarified features of territorial defense of Ukraine as a component of the national security of Ukraine. The characteristic of the purpose, tasks and principles of territorial defense of Ukraine is carried out. The state of legal regulation of territorial defense has been characterized; and the place of administrative law there has been outlined. The concepts and types of subjects of territorial defense of Ukraine have been revealed.
