The thesis is an independent completed scientific research, devoted to the comparative legal characteristics of regulation of agricultural land use in Ukraine and EU countries. The content of the concept and types of agricultural land turnover and restrictions on land rights are disclosed in the research; on the basis of the theoretical provisions of the dissertation the legal models of the agricultural land market are characterized as well as the prospects for improving the legislation on agricultural land are formulated.
