Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical foundations deepening, theoretic and methodological principles substantiating in estimation of informational processes of industrial enterprise management. It also focuses on improving the practical recommendations on its use for Ukrainian industrial enterprise management in terms of international economic relations development. The essence of the concept "information" was clarified based on the analysis system, its content and the main characteristics. The essence of the notion "informational processes" was determined; and the informational processes classification was expanded with its features being revealed. In the thesis, the scientific approaches' analysis in informational processes was made in order to determine their substance. In a consequence, they were grouped in link with the generic concept and their crucial characteristics. The informational processes were also defined in terms of providing an effective interaction among the company's structural elements and its external environment. It was revealed that informational processes in industrial enterprise management as a set of interrelated activities aiming at an effective informational exchanging between the company's departments, its internal and external environment, contribute to the enterprise's performance growth, as well as a refusal of its current informational system. Objects of management in the general algorithm of its formation, acceptance, and implementation were determined as well. In the thesis work, the essence of the concept 'informational processes in management' was analyzed, and its definition was formed on the informational components' selection basis, as one of the most crucial management objects. The indicators for the evaluation of informational processes in industrial enterprise management are presented in the paper. Their main feature consists of the components characterising the effectiveness of the informational processes in management being offered according to the selected criteria. On the basis of the main economic activity indicators analysis of machine-building enterprises in the Kharkiv region in 2014-2018, there were management problems revealed in informational processes disrupting. The informational systems' socio-economic features, application aspects, and conditions for its creation and operation were defined through the theoretical and practical experience consolidation of its usage in management. Subsequently, it can support the further formation and effective implementation of informational processes in industrial enterprise management. The effectiveness estimation model was built to evaluate the informational processes in the industrial enterprise management. It differs from other existing models by basing on the synthetic value calculation, using the labour, productive, and financial sphere indicators for it. The integral indicator in providing the effectiveness rate for informational processes in industrial enterprise management was calculated. This indicator's degree helps to conclude on the conditions needed for immediate rational decisions making and effective managing. The tools providing the effectiveness of informational processes in industrial enterprise management were grounded on using the scenario approach. Therefore, it provides an opportunity to model various scenarios of a company's development and support applying its preventive management aiming at the negative influence and destabilization factors neutralizing at different stages of an enterprise's existence. In the thesis the methodical approach has been developed to increase the efficiency in the informational processes of industrial enterprise management. It is based on an adjustment to the benchmark level in labour, productive, and financial spheres to ensure the qualitative development of an industrial enterprise in the selected scenario.
