Shust H. Administrative and Legal Protection of Land Resources of Ukraine

The dissertation is focused on the systematic study of scientific and practical problems of administrative and legal protection of land resources of Ukraine. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of doctrinal studies in the field of administrative law, national legislation, practice of its application and international experience, the author has formulated new scientifically substantiated conclusions, propositions and recommendations on improving the activities of authorized subjects in the research field. The objects of administrative and legal protection include: lands, land plots; the right to land plots (ownership, right of use), including land share; soils; information about land and rights to it; quality state and security of lands; legal regime of lands; rights of land owners and users. All of these objects are combined by the concept of “land resources”. The author has formulated recommendations on the improvement of administrative and legal protection of land resources and elimination of shortcomings of the legislation that regulates relations in the field of use and protection of land resources and forms the basis for their administrative and legal protection.
