Yaroviy D. Disability and the characteristics of rehabilitation of the victims as a result of traffic accidents.

The study volume was 219 cases of victims of disability due to road accidents. The clinical and epidemiological and clinical and nosological characteristics of lesions were studied and analyzed, and the clinical efficacy risks of disability of different degrees were determined. The analysis of the effectiveness of the use of modern medical technologies for the treatment and rehabilitation of victims as a result of road accidents was conducted, and measures were taken to increase the efficiency of the provision of medical care and rehabilitation. The proposed synchronized scheme of verification of the prediction of the course of the traumatic process in the victims of the accident and demonstrated the results of its implementation, which led to a decrease in disability by 12.3 % as well as the proportion of heavy disability groups primarily due to Group II. The scheme of rehabilitation and verification synchronization measures has been developed, which has proven effective and allows to reduce prognostically the risks of a severe disability from a disastrous to critical level, and also creates the possibility of not establishing a disability group, which in general can prognostically reduce the level of disability by 12–14 %.
