The dissertation is devoted to the study of the features of the course of chronic generalized periodontitis II degree in patients aged 35-54 years against the background of stage II hypertension. The intensity of inflammatory processes in periodontal tissues was found to be higher in patients suffering from arterial hypertension, as confirmed by dental index data and proinflammatory cytokine serum levels. On the basis of the results of the clinical course of generalized periodontitis in patients with arterial hypertension developed a therapeutic and prophylactic complex. Clinical observations and analysis of the obtained results indicate the high efficiency of the use of the proposed complexes, allowing them to be recommended for use in practical dentistry.
