Post-mortem interval estimation in later postmortem period or in case atypical progression posmortem changes are very important problems of forensic medicine. Posthumous phenomenona in body are accompanied by diverses changes wchich may be evaluated a lot of methods . The aim of the study was to develop a complex of criteria forensic medical for improving the accuracy of establishing the time of death after some days postmortem interval according to histological, macroscopic, biochemical studies and the phenomenon of gas-discharge luminescence of Achilles tendon and the fluid was extracted from it. Materials and methods. The objects of the study were micropreparations of tissue of the Achilles tendon, results of biochemical and gas-discharge luminescence researches of the liquid from it at different time of the post-mortem period. The material was taken in 34 corpses of both sexes from the age of 18 to the 86 with definite time of death. The research used the following methods. 1.Macroscopic. 2.Histological examination of the Achilles tendon tissues with an assessment of the nature of hydration and cell destruction, as well as changes in the intercellular substance. 3. Biochemical study of biological fluid from the Achilles tendon to determine the content of GGT, alkaline phosphatase, α-amylase, cholesterol, albumin, total protein, urea, uric acid, sodium, iron, calcium. 4. Gas-discharge luminescenceof biological fluid from the Achilles tendon. 5.Statistical methods. Results and conclusions. The possibility of determining the death time at later stages of the post-mortem period with the use of new objects for forensic medical research (Achilles tendon and fluid from it) is theoretically substantiated. A new approach to solving the actual scientific and practical task of determining the prescription of death by developing a system of criteria forensic medicine based on a complex of research is proposed. A new approach to constructing a classifier model based on logistic analysis and the results of various research methods is proposed to evaluate the time of death by assessing changes in the Achilles tendon tissues and biological fluid from it, taking into account the influence of factors environment. For the first time, features of gas-discharge luminescence of biological fluid from the Achilles tendon are considered, which allows determining the time limits of death in the development putrefaction of corpse and atypical environment, when other methods can not be applied. Key words: post-mortem interval, forensic medicine, time of death, GAS-discharge luminescence, biochemical study.
