In the thesis was researched the basis of activities of state authorities in the process of moving through the customs border of Ukraine goods which containing objects of intellectual property, the competence of the customs authorities of Ukraine on customs control over the observance of intellectual property right, and the system of these authorities. Was analyzed evolution in Ukrainian customs legislation about protection of intellectual property during the crossing goods through the customs border of Ukraine because of adaptation of legislation to the standards and rules of World Trade Organization and legislation of EU.
