Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of deepening scientific and applied problem and development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the evaluation of the management system relation with oil and gas enterprises contractors. The study of the relationship marketing concept epistemological bases of the enterprise is carried out and the essence of this definition is specified, the author's interpretation of the definition «the concept of the system of relationship management» is proposed. It is determined that the dynamics of network interaction development is not characteristic of oil and gas companies, because stable networks are the most promising form of cooperation in the creating consumer values sphere, for which partnership cooperation forms are emphasized and the feasibility of building of relationship marketing system is proved. A system for managing the relationship with oil and gas contractors' counterparts is proposed, with point-to-point locations deployed in space and time, which involves the interaction of two open management systems in the context of the supply and demand reconciliation process through a feedback system.
