Vashchuk N. Administrative and Legal Regulation in the Sphere of Light Industry of Ukraine.

Thesis is a monographic research which considers the essence, content and features of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of light industry of Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources, current legislation of Ukraine, study of its implementation. The mechanism of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of light industry of Ukraine is studied, its content, features and the complex of structure forming elements are revealed. The place of relevant administrative and legal relations in this mechanism is determined, their structure and features are considered, classification of the subjects of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of light industry of Ukraine is given.
