Object of study: the process of agricultural enterprise development in the context of European integration. Purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations on the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms of agricultural enterprises development in the context of European integration processes. Methods: system and structural analysis, multivariate regression analysis, cross-sectional regression, fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic, multivariate statistical analysis, SWOT analysis. Novelty: for the first time optimization model of resource distribution while maximizing the results of economic activity of agricultural enterprises was developed; the organizational and economic mechanisms of agricultural enterprises development in the conditions of European integration, the model of export-oriented activity of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of European integration risks, the concept of forming strategic priorities for the development of agricultural enterprises on innovative grounds have been improved. Scope: in the activity: Busk District State Administration in the development of proposals for draft regulations on regulation of the market of agricultural products and foodstuffs, in the course of economic activity of LLC "Avenmor", LLC "Ukraine", LLC "Galicia", in research the work of the Research Institute of the Higher Educational Establishment “Lviv University of Business and Law” in the study of problems of agricultural enterprises development in the context of European integration, in the educational process of the Higher Education Institute “Lviv University of Business and Law" in teaching disciplines: "Economic Analysis", "Business Planning", "Management Personnel".
