Lisnychenko L. Criminological characteristic and measures for preventing plundering and robberies.

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of criminological characteristics and measures to prevent plundering and robberies. The criminal and legal nature of robberies and robberies has been studied. The main features of these types of crimes are outlined. Considered their similarities, as well as the signs by which they differ. The state of scientific development of the problem of counteraction to plundering and robbery is characterized, scientific positions are considered and existing theoretical-legal and scientific-applied approaches to the solution of the problem of counteraction to plundering and robbery are systematized for the purpose of solving the problem of provision of comprehensiveness, logic and consistency while forming the conceptual plan of improvement of criminal-legal counteraction to criminality of individualization of criminal-legal influence on the persons committing plundering and robberies. The situation and dynamics of plundering and robberies in Ukraine over the period 1992–2018 have been analyzed.
