Hutsul V. Administrative and legal support of legal education of the population

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of administrative and legal support of legal education of the population. The paper deals with the legal nature of the legal education of the population as an object of administrative and legal regulation and one of the directions of the legal policy of the state. The analysis of normative and legal support of the formation and implementation of the state legal policy concerning the legal education of the population is carried out. The system of subjects of realization of the legal policy of the state and provision of legal education of the population is investigated. The concept and structure of the administrative and legal mechanism of providing the legal education of the population, the forms and methods of its provision, the administrative procedures for the implementation of the legal education of the population are characterized. The foreign experience of forming and implementing the state policy of Ukraine on legal education of the population is presented. The perspective directions of the development of administrative legislation in terms of improvement of the mechanisms of implementation of the state legal policy on legal education of the population by development and adoption of the Concept of Continuing Education of the Population, as well as the Law of Ukraine "On Legal Education of the Population"; separation of powers between the MES of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine at the level of formal and informal legal education of the population creation of a unit for coordination of educational institutions on legal education at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; development of the system of training and advanced training of teachers of subjects of the legal cycle; regulation of activity of legal clinics as subjects of realization of legal education of the population; consolidating the interaction of the entities that form and implement the state policy on legal education of the population.
