Diakiv-Koreiba N. Cholelithiasis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: prevalence, features of the course, gallbladder motility, intestinal biocenosis condition

Dissertation work is sanctified to the study of flow of cholelithiasis for patients on type 2 diabetes mellitus on the basis of study of prevalence of such combination, clinical-laboratories features, establishment of intercommunication of secretion of cholecystokinin and movement of gall-bladder and study of microflora of colon and metabolic changes for patients with combination pathology. Work is built on the results of retrospective analysis of 5044 autopsy of the dead on DM. It is set that amount of the dead for diverse reasons, that suffered on DM in the last five years presented 5,8% - 12,1%. Here combination in the dead on DM and cholelithiasis is educed in 0,36% - 1,5% of clear dynamics on years. Reliable predominance of persons of sex of women is also educed among patients with the united pathology. It is set that cholelithiasis for patients from type 2 DM runs across with minimum, heterospecific clinical presentation. The changes of microbiocenosis of intestinal channel for patients with the united pathology answer the microbiological criteria of dysbacteriosis of different degree. At a dysbacteriosis there is violation of some of metabolic indexes: increase of BMI, bilirubin, triglycerides, АLТ; reduction of HbА1с, correlation of HDL to LDL and С-peptid.
