Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the action of herbicide Peak 75 WG (10–25 g/ha), introduced separately and with different methods of using plant growth regulator Regoplant on undergoing of physiological-biochemical, anatomical-morphological, photosynthetic processes in soriz plants and microbiological processes in the soil, which serve as the basis for the formation of crop productivity and grain quality. Physiological-biochemical and anatomical-morphological studies have established that, against the background of the combined use of herbicide Peak 75 WG with plant growth regulator Regoplant (seed treatment + spraying of crops) in soriz plants, the passage of lipid peroxidation reactions significantly reduces and the activity of the enzyme glutathione-s-transferase increases ( GST), the activity of enzymes of the class of oxidoreductases (catalase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase) increases, the accumulation of chlorophyll in the leaves is more active, the performance of photosynthesis net productivity of crops improves, undergoing of growth processes is enhanced (plant biomass, leaf surface area increase). It was studied that under the action of drugs, the structure of the epidermis of the leaves changes in the direction of increasing their area, which has a positive effect on the formation of the assimilation surface.
