Kovalenko I. The applicant as a subject of criminal-procedural relations

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the procedural status of the applicant as a participant in the criminal proceedings. The author analyzes the procedural position of the applicant in the criminal process of Ukraine, at various stages, including the procedural laws of foreign countries. The procedure of representation of the applicant's interests in the courts during the appeal of the actions of the investigator, the prosecutor is considered. A comprehensive scientific analysis of the concept and procedural status of the applicant was conducted, and the author's definition of the applicant's proposition was proposed in broad terms, and based on the content of which his classification was carried out according to certain properties and criteria.
