An actual scientific problem, the development of information technology for express analysis of data is solved in the dissertation for increasing the efficiency of geophysical research by the transient electromagnetic and natural electric field methods. The model of the time series trend for monitoring data was developed in the form of the third degree polynomial which provides to eliminate the effects of noise, to fill the data gaps and allows to show and study the daily dynamics of the natural electric field at the observation point. The method of constructing a geoelectric cross-section model has been further developed, which, by application the asymptotic formulas to the experimental data, provides the support for express decision-making on further measurement steps, reduces fieldwork time, and improves research reliability. The method for express analysis of monitoring data was developed on the base of descriptive statistics and the simulation of time series trends, which allows to detect the time bands with irregular behavior of the natural electrical field and possible correlation with seismic events. The informational model for structuring data of permanent and in field geophysical observations was further developed by combining meta-information with measured data in a frame of developed format which enabled the possibility for their further analysis and visualization.
