Chitak V. The concept of designing and simulation modeling of highly-efficient manufacturing processes for production of indigenous transport aircraft

The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency and reduce the cycle of unit-assembly production of indigenous civil aircraft through information support and in-depth automation of manufacturing processes, establishment of the main components of highly-efficient production of indigenous aircraft, analysis of the current state and basic principles of ensuring highly-efficient manufacturing processes. For the first time, the basic principles of conceptual design and simulation modeling of highly-efficient manufacturing processes for production of indigenous civil aircraft were proposed and developed. Possibilities for reducing the start time of mass production of a new civil aircraft were revealed. Conceptual approach to prediction of the optimal term of advanced launching into mass production of a new aircraft was carried out. Information on implementation and use of the main results of the thesis at enterprises and organizations of aircraft manufacturing industry of Ukraine were provided
