Horho I. Risk Management of the Agricultural Enterprises

Methodical approaches to the construction of a risk map of agricultural enterprises have been developed. It is substantiated that the risk should be considered not only in the context of negative impact on the financial results of entrepreneurial activity, but also in the plane of probable deviations from the planned course of events and the possibility of increasing the value indicators of agricultural enterprise, which will determine the increase of its efficiency in the future. The complexity of this indicator, the main riskforming factor of which in agriculture is the natural and climatic conditions, which in turn causes uneven manifestation of other factors and complicates the search for universal methods of risk management. Substantiation of strategic guidelines for risk management based on the development of information and communication support by modelling risks to determine the spectral flexibility of resistance to risk of agricultural enterprises through the introduction of original ideas and adequate innovative solutions contributes to the expansion of the customer base, which in turn generates high profit margins, stability of development in conditions of risk.
