Chyryk A. Partial common property of land plot under the land legislation of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical and practical investigates of the legal regulation of partial common property of land plot, occurrence and termination partial common property of land plot by finding out theoretical provisions to determine the legal nature of the relationship. Expanding the theory of land law with scientific knowledge about the essence of the right of partial common property of land plot, justification of proposals, aimed at improving the legal regulation of law relations partial common property. In the dissertation the specifics of the subject and object composition of law are clarified partial common property of land plot and to establish specific traits that characterize the occurrence, implementation and termination of partial common property of land plot. The analysis of the definition of the main features that characterize the right of joint partial common property of land plot. The conclusions based on the results of the study are substantiated and proposed proposals for amendments to land law regulations in order to improve the legal regulation of this area of the legal relations.
